Spain’s Arquigest, Arquia’s asset management branch, has launched Arquiuno Bolsa, its first equity fund investing in the eurozone.

The fund is Arquigest’s fourth product, following the launch of two balanced funds and a fixed income fund, according to the Comision Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV).

The Arquiuno Bolsa will invest three quarters of its exposure in equities, 60% of which will be in eurozone’s equities. According to the CNMV, the fund will be able to invest in North-American equities as well as up to 10% of the whole portfolio in emerging markets.

The fund set a 10% limit for investments through funds, both in-house and third-party’s. The remaining of the exposure will be in European fixed income, private fixed income issued in euros for developed market companies, deposits and monetary funds.

Arquigest will apply a 1.8% fee for managing the fund as well as one of 0.2% for entry.

The Fund Selector Roundtable Spain takes place on 16 September 2014 at the ME Madrid Reina Victoria.
