Bankinter expands Multiselection range

Bankinter’s asset management division has launched the Bankinter Multiselección Defensivo fund, a multiselection fund of funds that raises to three the number of funds included in Bankinter’s multiselection range.

Bankinter Multiselección Defensivo- the most conservative of its kind – is added to the range formed by the Bankinter Multiselección 25 and the Bankinter Multiselección Dinámica, both funds whose medium and high risk profiles amount to €120m in assets under management.

The new strategy will invest at the most 10% in equities, while its counterparts’investment in this asset class may oscillate between 0% and 30% and between 15% and 75%, respectively. However, the usual exposure to stocks is 25% in the Bankinter Multiselección 25  and 50% in the Bankinter Multiselección Dinámica.

In addition to its exposure to equities, the fund will invest across commodities as well as public and private fixed income, focusing mainly in developed markets and countries from the European Union.
