CaixaBank launches roboadviser available in its online banking

Spain’s CaixaBank has launched Smart Money, the first digital investment advisory service to be incorporated within its online banking platform.

Smart Money provides customers with tailored investment recommendations allowing them to oversee their investments through the bank’s online platform.

Customers have access to a range of different markets and assets via managed portfolios, with a minimum investment of €1,000 and at an annual cost of €6.

When using the platform, customers will firstly be required to answer some questions that will enable the platform to evaluate their circumstances, financial objectives and risk tolerance.

Immediately after, users will be sent recommendations of those portfolios matching the most their profile and after that, investors will have access to the bank’s portfolio of funds, from which they will select the portfolio most suitable to them. Once a portfolio has been arranged, the customer can monitor how it performs via the home banking platform.
