Norwegian manager Storebrand AM enters Spain

Norwegian manager Storebrand Asset Management has landed in Spain through its registration in the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) in August.

However, the Norwegian manager is not planning yet to distribute its funds across the Iberian country.

Storebrand Asset Management, with more than 20 years’ old, apply a sustainable and factor investing approach to most of its funds.

Some funds in the Storebrand group range include SPP and Storebrand Global Solutions, SPP Aktiefond Stabil, SPP Företagsobligation, SPP Obligationsfond, SPP Penningmarknadfond, GodFond Sverige Världen, Storebrand Global Kredit IG and Storebrand Norge Fossilfritt.

The total net asset value across the group of the fossil-free funds was estimated at €6.1bn as at the end of 2017.

SPP funds are part of Storebrand Asset Management. The Storebrand group also includes Delphi Funds and Skagen, the independent manager that was acquired in 2017.
