Carnegie will be separated into three legal areas. As part of a restructuring process to reduce costs and increase focus in each area. The three business areas will comprise separate legal entities under the shared Carnegie brand.

Lindelöw will leave his position once this process is complete. Carnegie is recruiting to fill the changed role of CEO.

Lindelöw said: “The approaching transformation into separate legal entities will make the business operation even more focused and thus positioned for further growth. In connection with the establishment of the new organisation, it feels natural that someone else takes over.”
