Cinnober agrees Tordable exit, appoints new CEO
Swedish financial technology company Cinnober has appointed a new CEO to replace Javier Tordable, who is leaving after just six months because of “management discrepancies”.
Instead, the company has turned to long-term insider, Veronica Augustsson, to take over the top job.
Augustsson has been with Cinnober for a decade, previously as head of Sales where she recently secured deals with the Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange and LME Clear. Other customers of the company include Alpha Exchange, Deutsche Börse, and NYSE Liffe.
Augustsson started her career at Cinnober as a developer, following her Master’s Degree in computer engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
