Coeli Asset Management, the Swedish manager, has launched the Coeli Sweden Fund, an equity product that will invest in 20-25 holdings consisting of companies with both high dividends and stable long term growth potential.

The Sweden Fund will be managed by Christian Voboril, who already runs Coeli Select Sweden, a concentrated portfolio of 10-15 holdings.

Voboril said that while institutional investors in particular had shown interest in the Select fund, the Sweden fund would offer a more diversified portfolio for those who were seeking such a strategy.

Lukas Lindkvist, CIO, said: “The launch of the Ucits compliant Coeli Sweden Fund enables us to reach a broader investor base. Christian has delivered top tier performance since the launch of the Coeli Select Sweden Fund. In 2013, the fund made it to top three in its category and by the end of November this year the fund’s performance was 24.83% compared with benchmark (SIXPRX) 14.69%. I am convinced that Christian will be able to deliver similar results with the Coeli Sweden Fund.”
