InvestmentEurope to moderate Nordic Investment Managers Forum in Luxembourg

InvestmentEurope has been invited to moderate the Nordic Investment Managers Forum taking place in Luxembourg at the Château de Septfontaines on 6 October.

Five Nordic asset managers will take part in an event that targets the local fund selector community.

The groups include Danske Invest, DNB, East Capital, Origo and Sparinvest, who represent a cross section of some of the best known larger as well as boutique investors.

Among the topics to be discussed include:


Global outlook: China’s slowdown (Kim Asger Olsen, Origo)


Stig Brammer

Danish Mortgage Bonds in an international perspective (Stig Brammer, Danske Invest, above)


Emre Akcakmak

Beyond the Frontier – Taking a wider View on Global Frontier Markets (Emre Akcakmak, East Capital)


David Bakkegaard Karsbøl

Quantitative Investing: The long term focus (David Bakkegaard Karsbøl, Sparinvest)

Strong, stable earnings in the TMT sectors – from buzzwords to scalable business models (Anders Tandberg-Johansen, DNB)


Moderating the day’s discussions will be Jonathan Boyd, editor of InvestmentEurope and responsible for Nordic market coverage for the magazine and online.

Delegates will also have time to network and take part in lunch at the venue.
