RAM Active Investments’ Maxime Botti to speak on bottom up approach at Fund Selector Forum in Sweden

Maxime Botti, senior equity fund manager and partner at RAM Active Investments will present the bottom up approach on European equities at the Fund Selector Forum in Stockholm on 7th May 2014.

With a recovering market in 2013, opportunities in the European equities markets seem more challenging. Botti will present the RAM (Lux) European Equities Fund, which has a track record of ten years, focussing on a bottom up stock picking approach.

During the last five years, RAM Active Investments has pursued a beta neutral strategy on European investments in order to remove market risk, it has consequently maintained a beta close to 0.

Maxime Botti was involved in setting up RAM Active Investments in 2007 and played a key role in the research underpinning its management of RAM Systematic Equity Funds. He previously worked as manager at Equinoxe Partners and as an arbitrage risk analyst at Barep Asset Management.
