Swedish manager SPP merges Europe funds
Swedish manager SPP Fonder is merging its SPP EMU Blandfond and SPP Aktiefond Europa on 30 November.
Both funds invest primarily in Europe and have a similar strategy.
Investors holding SPP EMU Blandfond shares will see the value of their holdings transferred to SPP Aktiefond Europa. Those who do no wish to transfer must sell or change to a different fund by 23 November.
The merger of the funds does not come with any tax implications for investors, but those who do sell or change to a different fund may have to pay tax.
