UK’s Strutt & Parker and Sweden’s Catella announce alliance
UK property partnership Strutt & Parker and Swedish property adviser Catella have announced a business alliance, which will give S&P access to Continental business centres, with Catella’s clients access to commercial property opportunities in London and across the UK.

Andy Martin, senior partner at Strutt & Parker said: “The alliance with Catella continues our strategy for expansion through getting closer to the source of growing international investor interest in the London market. By working with Catella, who have an in-depth understanding of the European investor profile, we will be able to offer a range of opportunities and solutions to investors keen to access the UK market.”
