Eric Sturdza expands into family office field with merger

Geneva-headquartered financial group Eric Sturdza has announced the merger of its wealth management arm Coges Corraterie Gestion with Lagane Family Office, in order to provide family office services to its clients.

Through the merger, Eric Sturdza’s subsidiary will rebrand to Coges Corraterie Gestion Wealth Management & Family Office. The new entity will be led by Michaela Zanello Sturdza, Stéphane Gibert and Jean-Pierre Lagan.

The direction will report to the board chaired by Nicolas Killen and composed of Raphaël Jaquet, Luca Micheli and Michaela Zanello Sturdza.

In an interview to Swiss media, Michaela Zanello Sturdza said the firm has set a target of CHF1bn to CHF1.5bn in assets under management and that it will tally 15 employees.
