European Value Partners rebrands to Mensarius

Zollikon-based asset manager European Value Partners (EVP), founded in 2007, has rebranded to Mensarius, effective since 21 August 2017.

The Swiss boutique has scraped the abbreviation EVP as it is also used by a number of companies and organisations such as the Evangelical People’s Party in Switzerland.

With the help of cR Kommunikation, EVP therefore changed its name to Mensarius which refers to the financial advisor during the Roman Empire.

“The Mensarius was seen as someone to whom you could safely entrust your money, confident he would fulfil his fiduciary obligations and serve your best interests,” explained the firm on its website.

The manager said the way its investments and business operations will not change following the rebranding.
