Fisch AM launches multi asset fund

The Swiss boutique Fisch Asset Management is set to launch FISCH MultiAsset MantaPlus on 2 June.

The fund, which places a strong emphasis on convertibles, aims to combine a defensive investment strategy with a target annual return of four percent above the money market. It aims at a volatility of five to six percent.

About half of the portfolio consists of convertibles, the fund will also include corporate bonds, government bonds and managed futures. According to Patrick Gügi, CEO of Fisch Asset Management, the fund will place less emphasis on shares, and not invest in commodities or foreign currencies, which which he considers to be less suitable to provide long term returns.

The portfolio will be fully funded by Fisch’s pension fund. “We offer investors the opportunity to participate 1:1 in the investment successes of our pension fund,” Gügi says.

The launch coincides with the 20th anniversary of the boutique.
