Invesco’s Georgina Taylor to present unconstrained approach at Lausanne
Georgina Taylor, product director at Invesco, will be taking part in the Pan-European Fund Selector Summit in Lausanne on 9-11 April
Taylor is set to discuss the way Invesco approaches unconstrained management via the Invesco Global Targeted Returns Fund, which gives the manager’s Multi Asset team absolute freedom to invest in any idea, anywhere in the world.
What matters is how each idea will impact risk and reward within the overall portfolio, which targets a return of 5% per annum above the 3-month Euribor over a rolling three year period, with less than half the volatility of global equities over the same rolling period.
Based in Henley-on-Thames, UK, Taylor joined the Invesco in June 2013, and serves as product director for the Multi Asset team. Previously, she was head of Equity Strategy at State Street Global Markets, where she was involved in enhancing the macro input for specific State Street products, and presenting these to clients.
She started her career in 2001 as an equity strategist at HSBC, followed by a similar role at Goldman Sachs in 2004 where she produced global equity and asset allocation research. Taylor then gained asset management experience at Legal & General Investment Management, contributing to the overall asset allocation outlook for the firm and multi asset funds.
