Muzinich Asia Bond fund now registered in Switzerland

The Muzinich Asia Credit Opportunities fund is now registered for distribution in Switzerland, the New York-based asset manager confirmed.

The Ireland domiciled Ucits fund offers investors access to investment grade corporate bonds across a range of Asian countries. It is managed by portfolio manager Christina Bastin, who has more than 21 years of experience in the Corporate Credit segment and has been with Muzinich since October 2013.

“Asian bonds continue to be underrepresented in most global portfolios. This is why, compared to other Emerging Markets, Asian countries can demonstrate much stronger fundamentals and lower default rates at emission. These corporate bonds don’t just offer an attractive performance, they can also add stability to a portfolio” argues Christina Bastin.
