PIMCO’s Acton to discuss rising interest rates

Gemma Acton, vice president and credit product manager for PIMCO, will discuss the implication of rising interest rates at the Pension Fund Forum in Zurich held on 15 May.

Previously, she was an account manager for the global wealth management team in New York.

Prior to joining PIMCO in 2011, she worked in the investment banking division at Goldman Sachs in London and subsequently in the Middle East and North Africa team based in Dubai. 

Additionally, she worked in the investment banking division at Merrill Lynch and on the editorial team at CNBC Europe. Overall, she has eight years of investment experience.

Gemma holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania along with a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree from University College London
