SFA elects asset manager to board

Felix Haldner, head Investment Structures at Partners Group AG, has been elected as an additional member SFA Board of Directors.

The SFA, which represents the interests of asset managers regulated under the Collective Investment Schemes Act (CISA), has expanded its bord to provide further representation of asset managers.

Felix Haldner, who was elected to the SFA board on March 29 at the associations AGM in Bern, joined Partners Group in 2001, from PwC, where he was a partner.

Martin Thommen, president of the SFA said: “Felix Haldner knows the Swiss and international fund and asset management business inside out. As a representative of one of the leading asset managers operating independently of banks and insurance companies, he will make a significant contribution toward further strengthening the SFA’s position as a representative of the Swiss asset management industry. We look forward to working together with our new colleague on the board and to representing the interests of supervised asset managers even better in the future.”
