Swiss boutique appoints associate director

Swiss asset management group Lexinta has appointed Julian Gretzinger as associate director, capital markets.

He will take up his new responsibilities on 1 November 2016.

He will first be in charge of establishing and optimising equity capital markets opportunities into Lexinta’s core business of wealth management.

Gretzinger has 10 years’ experience within the investment banking sector, having formerly worked for Credit Suisse, Cantonal Bank of Zurich and most recently UBS.

Bismark Badilla, president of Lexinta Group, commented: “Julian’s background makes him the perfect fit to assist Lexinta in its expansion plans and strengthen its presence in the capital markets arena, from where it can deliver increased value for its clients.”

Founded in 2011, Lexinta is licensed as a Swiss independent global asset management group and is headquartered in Zug.

It has also established a presence in the British Virgin Islands (BVI), Hong Kong, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Spain.
