Swiss Capital Dynamics makes changes among senior managers
Zug-based private asset manager Capital Dynamics has promoted Stefan Ammann to chief executive officer to replace Thomas Kubr, who founded the firm and will become full-time executive chairman of the board of directors.
Ammann has been on the senior management team for 10 years, including as the chief operating officer and chief financial officer since 2002.
He said: “Thomas and I work well together, and have done so for many years. We have complementary skills and expertise, and I look forward to combining our strengths for the continuation of the firm’s successful fundraising and investing momentum.”
Capital Dynamics is developing its direct and secondaries programs, its funds of funds and clean energy infrastructure business lines.
Its focus on real-asset investments is widely expected to be a key beneficiary of investors generally lessening their exposure to financial products, whose worth can fluctuate with fiat currencies’ movements.
In offering accessing to these, Capital Dynamics can deliver exposure via funds of funds, direct investments, separate accounts, and structured private equity products.
The firm works for clients including pension funds, endowments, family offices, high net worth individuals, and advisors, from offices in Switzerland, London, New York, Australasia and the Americas.
