Sycomore makes Happy@Work fund available to Swiss investors

Paris-based boutique Sycomore Asset Management has made its Sycomore Happy@Work strategy available to Swiss investors, InvestmentEurope has learned.

The fund is a sub-fund of Sycomore Fund Sicav domiciled in Luxembourg.

Previously, Sycomore AM had registered two French-domiciled funds in Switzerland, Sycomore Selection Responsable and Synergy Smaller Cies.

The Sycomore Happy@Work fund was launched in November 2015 and invests in stocks of companies based in the European Union that focus particularly on their employees, recognising their role as a key driver for sustainable performance.

The management team, composed of Cyril Charlot and Bertille Knuckey supported by ESG analyst Claire Bataillie, proceeds to fundamental analysis coupled to an ESG research focusing on well-being at work. Also it carries out on-site visits and meetings with employees.
