Tikehau Capital appoints head of Group Compliance

Carine Lecadre-Perrier has joined French boutique Tikehau Capital as head of Group Compliance and a member of the group’s management committee.

Reporting to the executive committee, she is in charge of the design and oversight of all aspects of the group’s internal control and compliance.

Lecadre-Perrier is also expected to play a significant role in the group’s future global expansion to ensure the company meets the highest industry standards when growing further, Tikehau said.

Lecadre-Perrier joins from Rothschild & Cie where she was head of Compliance & Operational Risk for France and Southern Europe since 2006.

She began her career in the field of compliance in 1999 at Archon Group France a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs Real Estate Asset Management before joining Comdirect a branch of the Commerzbank Group as Legal and Compliance Officer.

In 2002 she became a senior officer for the French committee in charge of auditor’s supervision at the French Securities Regulator (COB / AMF) then joined the Regulatory Policy and International Affairs division.

Tikehau Capital manages €7.4bn for institutional and private investors in various asset classes through its asset management subsidiary, Tikehau IM, its listed minority equity investment company, Salvepar, and its long term investment company, Tikehau Capital Partners.
