UK property firm expands board
London Property fund and asset manager London Central Portfolio (LCP) has appointed Rick Denton as a non-executive board director to its holding company LCP Corp.
Splitting his time between London and Guernsey, Denton will be responsible for further developing LCP’s relationships in the Channel Islands, AsiaPac, MENA and the major financial centres.
He joins from Triangle Holdings, where he spent more than two years as CEO. Prior to that, he worked among other at Coutts Group, Bank of Bermuda, Fortis and Barclays.
Naomi Heaton, CEO of LCP, comments on the hire: “Rick has had a longstanding relationship with LCP for over 15 years in his management roles across a variety of global institutions. He has a deep knowledge of LCP’s business proposition and played a pivotal role in bringing LCP’s first fund to market as a director of Fortis in Guernsey.”
Following the appointment, LCP aims to launch new institutional products and will be listing the shares for its latest sharia-compliant property fund later this month.
