ARC makes hire in London

Asset Risk Consultants (ARC)  has appointed Guy Christie as a director of its new London operation, which will be opening its doors on 1st October 2014.

Christie, who is a chartered accountant, was previously a client director at Schroders and prior to that an investment director and member of the senior management team at Newton Investment Management.

At ARC, he will be working alongside the existing senior management team in developing and delivering the broad range of ARC’s services to UK-based clients, with a particular emphasis on assisting wealthy individuals, charities and family offices meet their financial goals through delivering impartial, tailored investment structuring advice.

Christie said: “I am excited to be part of the continued growth of ARC as the business expands its operations into London. ARC is a business I have known and admired for many years. As the investment management industry becomes ever more complicated, ARC is in a powerful position to bring clarity and insight to investors. I am looking forward to working alongside private client advisers and charity trustees in seeking to identify investment solutions that allow each of ARC’s clients to get the best out of the investment management industry.”
