Heartwood launches multi-asset range

Heartwood Investment Management (Heartwood) has launched a new global multi asset income fund range, in addition to its existing total return range.

The multi-asset offering consists of two new funds, the CF Heartwood Income Multi Asset Fund and the CF Heartwood Income Plus Multi Asset Fund. Their expected initial yields are 3.5% and 3.9% respectively.

The funds are managed by Heartwood’s existing investment team, which includes Noland Carter, head of Heartwood Investment Management and Jaisal Pastakia, investment manager of the Multi Asset Income range at Heartwood.

Pastakia said: “Our aim is to smooth the investment journey for clients by delivering a stable income stream whilst protecting downside risk. The level of income has been selected to balance the need to provide a meaningful, sustainable income to investors, against the need to protect assets during volatile periods in markets.
