Janus Henderson Investors grows EMEA institutional team

​Janus Henderson Investors has announced new appointments within the EMEA institutional team.

Jennifer Ockwell has become head of UK Institutional, and Sylvain Agar has taken up the role of head of EMEA ex UK Institutional. Both Ockwell and Agar will report to Nick Adams, head of EMEA Institutional.

Two further appointments have also been made to the UK institutional team; Mark Fulwood, has been appointed head of UK Business Development and Anil Shenoy is now head of UK Institutional Clients. Both will report to Ockwell.

Agar has a team of six people covering continental Europe, Middle East and Africa, with an additional hire expected in the coming months.

Commenting on the senior appointments, Adams said: “Growing the institutional team at Janus Henderson Investors enables us to build upon the success we have seen in recent years.”

“In addition to our client base growing, and diversifying beyond the UK, we have also been increasingly working with clients on their bespoke investment and servicing requirements,” he added.
