J O Hambro Capital Management (JOHCM) has announced the launched the JOHCM European Concentrated Value Fund.

Managed by Robrecht Wouters, who will work alongside recently-recruited Luis Faňanas, the European Concentrated Value (ECV) strategy represents a concentrated, large-cap extension of Wouters’s existing all-cap European Select Values strategy (ESV).

According to JOHCM, it has been launched in response to client demand for a large-cap version of the existing concentrated value strategy.

The fund will be available to retail and institutional investors through JOHCM’s Dublin-based OEIC fund range (via euro and US dollar (hedged and unhedged) share classes; with an annual management charge of 0.75% for ‘A’ share class; 1.25% for ‘B’ share class; performance fee applies to both share classes), as well as being available to institutional investors on a segregated account basis.

In keeping with JOHCM’s policy of capping strategies, the ECV strategy will have a capacity limit of £2 billion.
