Muzinich & Co appoints new trader to its investment team

Muzinich & Co has bolstered its investment team with the appointment of Paul Suter as a trader.

Suter, whose appointment will take immediate effect, will be responsible for focusing on the European high yield market.

He joins from ECM Wells Fargo, where he worked during four years, most recently as a European high yield and loans trader. Prior to that, he served at Whard Stewart and, formerly, at Commerzbank where he spent over eight years working as a credit trader.

Paul Suter said: “Muzinich’s track record in corporate credit stretches back almost 30 years. The firm’s first strategies were dedicated to high yield at a time when the credit segment was relatively young. I’m pleased to be joining an established credit house with such a long tenure in high yield, which today forms part of the company’s broader credit offering.”

Tatjana Greil-Castro, portfolio manager, added:“Paul has extensive experience trading corporate credit. His expertise and well-established relationships within the market make him an excellent addition to our team, as we continue to grow and expand our credit solutions for clients.”
