PwC strengthens real estate AM services with two hires
PwC has appointed a director and senior manager to its real estate practice to help expand its growing asset and investment management services.
Simon Marriott, director, and Algernon Kent, senior manager, both chartered surveyors, will join the team providing asset management services for the firm’s clients. They will advise institutional and private investor clients across all principal property asset classes in the UK and Europe.
Marriott joins from Oxford Properties Group where he was managing director, senior vice president investments, Europe. Kent worked at Hammerson, where he was an investment surveyor in the London team.
They previously worked together at Invista REIM where they were responsible for the growth and asset management of the St James’s Place property funds.
