USS investment management appoints head of strategy coordination
Kathryn Graham is joining USS, taking on the newly created position of head of Strategy Coordination within its investment management function.
The head of Strategy Coordination role manages the key workflows supporting continuing development of the scheme’s strategic asset allocation and her team is responsible for allocations to external managers. Ms Graham’s role also includes managing the interlinked developments across investment requirements, operations and risk control and ensuring appropriate governance for implementing the high-level delegations from the USS trustee.

raham brings 20 years industry experience to the role, which has included positions with UBS/SBC Warburg, Progressive Alternative Investments and almost a decade at BTPS/Hermes, most recently as Director and Head of Special Projects at BT Pension Scheme Management Limited.
