Paris-headquartered Lyxor Asset Management has launched its first Ucits alternative multi-manager fixed income fund with daily liquidity.
The Evolution fund provides access to alternative fixed income strategies such as fixed income arbitrage strategies, long-short strategies, trend-following strategies.
Lyxor argues the combination of funds brings investors exposure to a mix of diversified and new performance drivers – credit, carry, liquidity, volatility, momentum, and duration.
Five different strategies dwell in the multi-manager alternative fixed income fund launched by Lyxor.
Lyxor Evolution fund, which has been passported in ten countries so far, was introduced last August with an initial capital of $100m. Assets under management currently reach $180m.
Lyxor’s range of fixed income and credit funds stood at €20bn as of end August 2016.
