Fund administrator Heritage International Fund Managers Ltd (HIFM) has announced the appointment of associate directors Kevin Smith, James Christie and Mariana Enevoldsen to its board.
Smith joined HIFM in 2006 and is responsible for administration of a portfolio of real estate, private equity and alternative investment funds. He is also responsible for the investment management offering of HIFM.
Christie joined the company in 2011. He is responsible for administration of a range of private equity, infrastructure, senior debt and energy funds.
Enevoldsen joined in 2013, with initial responsibility for development of HIFM’s AIFMF offering and the establishment of depositary services. She is currently responsible for the company’s Client Solutions function, including regulatory applications.
managing director Mark Huntley said: “‘Expanding our board is important as we diversify our business and geographical focus. These senior appointments, which are very much deserved, will be key to the continued progression of our business in the medium to long term.”
