Dutch responsible investment manager Actiam is to rebrand the SNS fund range it hitherto managed on behalf of De Volksbank (formerly SNS Bank) as Actiam funds as from 21 November.
This follows the decision of the Dutch banking group to no longer offer the SNS funds.
The 20 funds of the ex-SNS range, which will be reduced and revamped, are invested in equities, fixed income securities, multi-assets and real estate.
On 2 November, the extraordinary general shareholder meeting of Actiam approved the restructuring. The change will not affect the other Actiam investment funds.
Bart Mantje, head of Sales and Customer Relations at Actiam: “Our strategy is aimed at increasingly offering investment funds under our own brand name for the private market. The basic principles are an assortment that is clear for investors, simple and clear, a multi-year performance track record and added value in the area of responsible management. We are therefore pleased that we will soon be able to count these responsible funds to our own range.”
Actiam had €54.1bn of assets under management as of end of June 2017.
