Natixis Asset Management has confirmed to Reuters its CEO Pascal Voisin is to leave the company, following earlier revelations made by French financial magazine L’Agefi.
According to a spokesperson of the company cited by Reuters, Natixis’board will hold a meeting next week and name the new CEO after it.
Voisin was CEO of Natixis AM since 2007. He formerly held positions of deputy chief executive officer and chief investment officer at Crédit Agricole AM in 2003.
Before that, he notably worked within the Crédit Agricole group as global chief investment officer and as fixed income chief investment officer.
Natixis Asset Management is part of French banking group BPCE.
It managed €801.1bn as at end 2015.
