Invesco has boosted its Nordic presence with two appointments to its Stockholm office relating to sales positions.
Stefan Behring became head of Nordics Institutional Sales as of 1 June, and Matthias Hagen will join as head of Retail Sale starting 18 June.
Behring joins from JP Morgan, where he was client advisor, executive director since 2007. Previously, he was a sales manager in the Nordics for Invesco.
Hagen jions from Goldman Sachs where he was executive director, Third Party Distribution for the Nordic markets for some three years. Previously, he was head of Manager Research at SEB Wealth Management from 2005-2015.

Olivier Brouwers, Invesco head of Retail Business Benelux, France and Nordics added: “Matthias Hagen brings a wealth of experience to Invesco having worked in both sales and fund analyst roles. Mattias will be focusing on client needs with a neutral approach in term of investment solution and vehicle, leveraging on our funds, ETF and sub-advisory success.”
The appointments build on the presence first established in Stockholm in 2011, as reported by InvestmentEurope at the time.
