Paris-based boutique La Financière Tiepolo has announced its support to the newly created wealth management company Momentum Asset Management, which has received the green light from Luxembourg’s market regulator CSSF.
Momentum will manage mandates for third parties and family offices through insurance life and unit-linked contracts, for European clients.
Momentum is led by Pierre Eustache and Bernard Martin, who have each over 20 years of experience in private management.
La Financière Tiepolo will be the majority shareholder of the company and chair its board.
By end-2017, Momentum’s AUM should reach €200m, the French boutique said.
Eric Doutrebente, chairman of La Financière Tiepolo, said values carried by La Financière Tiepolo were similar to these of Pierre Eustache and Bernard Martin with the launch of Momentum and highlighted a major step for the development of the company.
Established in 2007, La Financière Tiepolo has currently €850m of assets under management.
