Credit Suisse has appointed Bruno Angles as chief executive officer of Credit Suisse France and Belgium, as from 11 April 2016.
Angles will be based in Paris and succeed Pierre Fleuriot.
He started his career at the French ministry of Equipment, Transports and Tourism where he was in charge of road and motorway networks.
In 1994, Angles was appointed CEO of the Société du Tunnel du Mont-Blanc before joining McKinsey & Company in 1996.
He was named partner of McKinsey & Company in 2000 and worked with a number of institutional and industrial clients.
Angles became CEO of Vinci Energies in 2004 and moved to Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets in 2007 as senior vice-president and then CEO France.
Between December 2014 and April 2015, he negotiated a global agreement for motorway companies with the French government.
