BNPP AM names head of Public Affairs

Paris-headquartered investment firm BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNPP AM) has appointed Matthieu Lucchesi as head of Public Affairs.
In this newly-created position, Lucchesi (pictured) will be responsible for representing the firm as well as increasing its visibility with institutions and regulatory bodies in France, Europe and globally.
Paris-based Lucchesi will be reporting to Philippe Ditisheim – head of Regulatory Affairs, Governance and Coordination of Group Functions. He started his career in 2011 as a lawyer in New York at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP before joining the French regulator, Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), in 2012. Since September 2016 he has been Director of the AMF’s Asset Management Regulatory Division (Division de la Régulation de la Gestion d’Actifs).
