Fidelity International has appointed Kim Politzer as research director for its growing real estate business in Europe.
Politzer, who will be based in London and will report to head of European Real Estate Neil Cable, will be responsible for strategically leading and managing the research function.
With over 25 years’ experience of researching, analysing and forecasting European property markets, Politzer joins Fidelity International from Invesco, where she was senior director of European Research.
Prior to that, she worked as director of research at BNP Paribas, when the company was called Atisreal.
Neil Cable, head of European Real Estate at Fidelity International said: “ Politzer brings rich and varied experience across European real estate markets, with a strong background in both occupier research and investment markets. This fits well with our established research process, which Kim has the opportunity to develop further as our business continues to expand.”
