Schroders has launched the Schroder Isf Multi-asset PIR Italia, its second PIR (tax-exempt and long-term individual savings plans) strategy in Italy.
The Schroder ISF Multi-Asset PIR Italia, invested primarily in Italian stocks and bonds, is managed by Schroders’ multi-asset team, formed by Ugo Montrucchio responsible for the asset allocation and risk management, by Hannah Piper for the equity side, and by Anthony Earnshaw in charge of the bond area.
Ugo Montrucchio, Schroders multi-asset manager said: “The fund is designed to offer long-term capital appreciation, combining significant exposure to the current and future growth of the Italian economy with other assets, complementary to this market. The investment objective of the strategy will be aligned with the natural horizon of PIR products and will also be able to benefit from Schroders’ active stock selection skills, as well as asset allocation adjustments implemented over the course of the business cycle.”
The new Schroders fund, the 69th Pir available in Italy, is the second individual savings plan of Schroders after it launched the Schroder Isf Italian Equityshare in July.
