BNP Paribas Wealth Management has appointed two private bankers, Marta Jofre and Mikel Ochoa, in Spain.
Jofre joins the Barcelona office- led by Josep Palet- from CaixaBank, where she worked during the last 18 years and was in the last three, senior director of private banking in Barcelona. Prior to that, she worked for Banco Popular.
Ochoa joins the office BNP Paribas WM has in Bilbao, which is led by Javier Larrañaga. He previously served at Consulnor as senior private banker.
Luis Hernández, CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management Spain, said: “These new additions are part of our growth strategy and a clear commitment to the Spanish market.”
BNP Paribas WM managed total assets of €355bn as of 30 June 2017.
