Bethman Bank has appointed former CIO at Hauck & Aufhäuser, Reinhard Pfingsten to head its investment office as of 1 April 2018.
In his new role, Pfingsten will be responsible for the Bethman Bank’s investment strategy and will also become part of ABN Amro’s global investment strategy team. Prior to joining Hauck & Aufhäuser, Pfingsten held senior positions at Sal.Oppenheim and Deka Asset Management.
He replaces Bernhard Ebert, who will now leave Bethmann Bank.
Bethmann Bank is owned by ABN Amro and has 12 offices in Germany, it currently manages €38bn in assets on behalf of German private clients.
