Tobias Pross (pictured), currently head of Distribution Europe at Allianz Gi has now been promoted to head of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) as of 1 June 2015.
Pross joined the firm in 1999 and was appointed managing director in 2008. He has held several management positions in sales and business development, most recently as head of Institutional Business Development and head of Distribution Europe.
He replaces George McKay, McKay, who took over as interim head of Europe last summer in addition to his role as global Chief Operating Officer. He continues as global COO and a member of the Global Executive Committee.
