Frankfurter Bankgesellschaft has appointed Udo Kröger as new CEO and will continue to promote customer business in North Rhine-Westphalia, effective 1 April 2018.
Kröger was former member of the board and general partner of Merck Finck until March 2017 and was responsible for customer business in Germany.
He joins the existing board of Frankfurter Bankgesellschaft, consisting of Michael Henrich and Helge Kramer. Kröger will work alongside Henrich in the region of North Rhine-Westphalia and look after the management of the savings banks and their wealthy customers. Kramer will remain responsible for the area at back office.
Kröger has nearly 30 years of experience in the private client and wealth management business. He worked for ten years at Merck Finck as the member of the board. Prior to that, he worked for almost 20 years at Dresdner Bank in the private customer business.
