Commerzbank appoints head of WM
Commerzbank has appointed Marc Werres as head of Wealth Management at the Aachen branch. Since 1 February, he has been responsible for more than 2,000 wealthy clients in this special World Cup location of the bank, located in the border triangle of Germany, Belgium and Netherlands.
Marc Werres succeeds Stephanie Doll, who has been appointed branch manager for private and corporate clients at the same location.
Werres has been a part of Commerzbank for last 25 years. Most recently, the banking economist has been working as a wealth management manager in Cologne since 2008. After training as a banker at the former Dresdner Bank in Düren, he worked in various capacities, such as managing the private banking team in Cologne.
Commerzbank has recently been providing investment advice in German, Dutch and French. Aachen is one of our most important wealth management locations in Germany. Werres will intensify and expand the business in Aachen, Düren and Heinsberg.
