Schroders strengthens Global Property Securities team
Schroder Property has announced the appointment of two newly created property analyst roles within its Schroders Global Property Securities (GPS) team.
Jon Consolo, has joined from Deutsche Bank Asset Management where he was a real estate securities analyst covering Continental Europe. Based in Schroders office in London, his primary responsibility will be to cover the European markets.
Consolo has a total of 10 years in the industry and is a CAIA charterholder.
Ryan Bennett will join the team next month and will be based in the Schroders New York office. Bennett has 7 years’ experience covering North American REITs and has previously held roles at Zelman & Associates, Barclays and Lehman Brothers. Ryan is a CFA charterholder.
