Fidelity International has announced the expansion of its European real estate team with the appointment of Mirjam Raschka, Maarten Frouws and Christopher Lyon Lynch.
Based in Munich, Mirjam Raschka takes on the role of asset manager for Germany and the Netherlands. She joins from Hannover Leasing where she held the role of asset manager. Overall, she has over 14 years’ experience in the European real estate sphere.
Maarten Frouws has been appointed as Amsterdam-based investment manager covering Fidelity’s Dutch real estate investments. He joins from Bouwfonds Investment Management where, as senior acquisition manager, he was responsible for over €1.bn of acquisitions and disposals.
Christopher Lyon Lynch joins the group as asset manager covering France and Belgium. Based in Paris, Lyon Lynch has eight years of experience in European real estate, most recently with Ivanhoé Cambridge Europe.
