Anderson Strathern Asset Management has appointed Eamonn Mirner its new finance director, who will be responsible for setting operational and financial strategy.
Mirner has previously held the role of head of fund administration at HSBC, but has also worked at Standard Life Wealth and been chief financial officer at Ignis Asset Management.
Anderson Strathern is part of Anderson Strathern LLP, based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Mirner’s appointment follows that of Harry Morgan, who joined as chief investment officer in August this year from his previous role as head of private investment at Thomas Miller Investment Management.
Alec Stewart, CEO of Anderson Strathern Asset Management, said: “Eamonn will play a key part in setting the company’s strategy, underpinning both the operations and finances of the business. I am confident that Eamonn is equipped with the expertise and business acumen required to support us through this period of fast growth.”
