Neuberger Berman has signed a partnership agreement with Banca Generali. Under the partnership, Banca Generali financial advisors (FAs) will have access to Neuberger Berman’s comprehensive Ucits funds range, authorised for distribution in Italy.
The distribution agreement will compliment the Neuberger Berman offering already available through Banca Generali’s investment solutions, BG Stile Libero and BG Solution.
This new agreement provides Neuberger Berman with access to Banca Generali’s financial advisors and private bankers network, one of the top five in Italy with more than 1,800 FAs and about €50bn AUM. Through this, Neuberger Berman will distribute its entire range of funds from the most established, such as the Neuberger Berman short duration high yield bond fund, through to the newer launches, such as the Neuberger Berman multi-asset risk premia fund. The full Neuberger Berman Ucits range consists of funds investing across Equities, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset and Liquid Alternative strategies.
Marco Avanzo-Barbieri, head of the Italian client group at Neuberger Berman, commented: “We are honoured to broaden and enhance our partnership agreement with Banca Generali, one of the leading providers in the Italian financial advisory market. This further consolidates our growth strategy in the Italian market and demonstrates our on-going commitment to this important region.”
