Italy’s Banca Intermobiliare has hired ten private bankers ahead of its sale by Veneto Banca.
The newly appointed will join the bank’s branches in the north and center of Italy.
They are: Stefano Olivieri, from Caricento in Modena; Antonio D’Ambrosio, former UniCredit, in Milan; Claudio Ghiglione, previously at UBI Banca, in Genova; Rino Montera, Matteo Gaggioli and Roberto Sartori, both from Bnl-BNP Paribas, in Florence and Rome respectively; Angelo Fumagalli, former Banca Galileo, in Bergamo; Pasqualino Lupone, Massimo Rinaldi and Enrico Vignetta, all from Banca del Piemonte, who will be based in Modena and Turin.
The new appointments bring the private bankers’ team to a total of 200. Banca Intermobiliare has also approved plans to recruit 30 more bankers in 2014 across Italy.
